Playground: Bullying and dangerous reptiles. Should be cleared.
Washrooms: drugs/ sexual abuse. Teachers should investigate if there are frequent visits.
Staffroom: caning. Teachers to guide and counsel.
Kitchen: bullying, unequal ratio of food.
School fence: drugs may be exited to school compound. Watchman to be vigilant.
Students like discussing in the far end of the field and unfinished lab. The school is alert and discourages them not to be seen in those places. The places encourages rape

Teachers be alerts due to frequent visiting of toilet by pupils.

Classroom posses a good place for boy/girl relationship when left alone
Field far away around fences idle for drug abuse, sexual activities
Poor terrain could cause accidents
Discourage learners from being in those places while others are away especially when paired up

Empower the children and protect them from any form of abuse
Unsafe areas in school include:
-In classrooms-boy/girl relationship when left alone.
-Behind classrooms-drug abuse,fighting.
-Staffroom-sexual harassment by indisciplined teachers.
-Toilets -drugs and sexual abuse
-School garden-drugs and sexual abuse.
ACTION TAKEN
-Empower the children with life skills to protect them from any form of abuse
Some students stay in the furthest part of the field. Risks are rape & introduction to drugs. Teachers should walk around the field to check on students
